I actually like both. I have an 827 RCS on mine and it does awesome for cleaning pipe. Were I see the difference is were the fan blower is great for vaccuming pits were utilities are present, but doesnt like huge pieces of derbis when cleaning pipe. I dont care to use the PD for pit digging, I t doesn't do it like the Fan does. May be it's just me lol.
